The Law Of Attraction- What Does Science Say? By: tracy If you are like me, you are thinking that the Law of Attraction sounds like a great theory; but where is the proof? Where is the science to back it up? What has the research found? It turns out that new research in quantum physics has a lot to say about this. It turns out that the Law of Attraction theory is supported by the latest research. Quantum physics is just the study of the behavior of the distinct yet elusive little vibrating packets of energy (quanta) which are what protons, neutrons and electrons are made of. Scientists found that these quanta behave in very strange ways. When Albert Einstein found that E=MC squared, he had shown that matter and energy were not just related, but could actually be transformed back and forth into each other. Now we know that everything is made up of energy. Scientists have learned that quanta are able to influence each other over great distances, and apparently at speeds faster than the speed of light. They called this "nonlocality" or "entanglement". Einstein referred to it as "spooky action at a distance". This suggests that we are really all connected, and anything that happens to one thing affects everything else. Think about that next time you are tempted to hurt or destroy something! Bohr and Heisenberg when studying the behavior of quanta were surprised to find that they were like "tiny packets of possibility". It was impossible to measure all their properties at the same time. They found that that these quanta "would take on the specific character of a material "thing" only when it was measured or observed. In other words, the observer or measurer's thoughts determined what "thing" the quanta would become. When scientists explored at ever smaller scales, they eventually found that some kind of force seems to be present even at a temperature of absolute zero when all the known forms of energy disappear. They called it the "zero-point field". They found that this field is not a field of empty space but it isn't exactly energy either. The best they could describe it was as a field of information. This field has been described and guessed at for thousands of years. Ervin Laszlo called this field the A-field, Carl Jung called it the collective unconscious, and Rupert Sheldrake called it the morphogenetic field. Wallace Wattles described it as a "thinking stuff from which all things are made". According to Laszlo, this A-field has an energy density of ten thousand billion, billion, billion, billion times more energy in a single cubic centimeter of "empty space" than you have in all the matter in the known universe. This field of pure consciousness, we have now learned, is billions of times more powerful than any energy we can measure, and it knows everything that happens anywhere in the universe, instantaneously and with absolute accuracy. Does that not sound like God (or Spirit) to you? Chances are they are one and the same. So now we know that everything we know is made up of vibrating energy in a field of pure consciousness more powerful and all-knowing than we can imagine. We can, and do, influence the form that this vibrating energy takes by thinking about it. Our thoughts really can create the things we see all around us. Now we actually have scientific proof that we have the ability to create anything we want. Now that is exciting! The 7 Universal Laws By: tracy The 7 Universal Laws (the Law of Attraction is only one of them) It turns out that the Law of Attraction is only the beginning. It is not going to get you the success you seek all by itself. There are actually 6 other laws that interact with it, and that you need to understand and utilize to achieve the life of your dreams. 1) The Law of Attraction. This is the law that they told you about in "the Secret". It basically says that like attracts like, or that what you think about expands, or that where your attention goes, energy flows. You may experience it as coincidence, luck, fate, or things that happen out of the blue, or karma. The essence of this law is that you attract whatever it is that you are giving your attention to, whether you want it or not. It doesn't understand no. If you are saying, NO I don't want this; it brings it to you anyway because you are focused on it. If you are saying, YES, I do want this; it will bring it to you because you are focused on having it. 2) The Law of Deliberate Creation. This says that you attract what you give your attention to. What you give thought to that is accompanied by emotion, you attract even more quickly. The Universe is really responding to your energy vibrations and these are strongest when you feel strongly about something. The idea of utilizing the Law of Deliberate Creation is to deliberately focus on thoughts that feel good to you (or at least better than what you feel now). The Law of Attraction will give you more of the same things in your life as you are experiencing now, unless you apply the Law of Deliberate Creation to deliberately put your level of vibration into a place where you will receive better things than you are experiencing now. 3) The Law of Allowing. This says that the way to be free is to offer no resistance. You must allow others to be as they are. You must understand that no two people are the same. You must not just tolerate the differences but actually accept them. If you believe that another person needs to think, feel, or act according to how you think they "should" you are working against this law and setting yourself up for a lot of pain. If you judge others, you are just attracting more negativity into your life. If you need to make others conform in order to feel good about your world, you can not experience freedom. You must allow the Universe to deliver what you want to you. You so often get in our own way by feeling fear, disappointment, worry, jealousy, or anger. You need to have faith that your desire is indeed coming and that there is enough for everyone. . 4) The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance. This says that you have everything you need within you right now and that there is an unlimited supply of anything anyone could possibly want. If someone else has plenty of what you want, that does not mean that there is any less of it for you. There is enough for everyone. You are enough; you are perfect, whole, and complete just as you are. You can have whatever you want. 5) The Law of Pure Potentiality. This says that the true essence of who you are is pure consciousness. You are in alignment with the power that manifests everything in the Universe when you realize that your inner being, your spirit, is one of pure potentiality. Anything is possible for you; and you have unlimited creativity. The only limits are the ones that you impose upon yourself through your fears, lack of faith, and other negative emotions. 6) The Law of Detachment. This says that in order to get anything into your life, you have to give up your attachment to it. You must trust in order to be detached from an outcome you want. You must trust that the Universe knows the perfect timing and the perfect way to bring you what you want. If you do not trust the Universe, and you are fearful, or insecure, then that negative energy puts a barrier up to stop what you want from coming to you. You must allow what you want to come to you. If you are detached, you may get something even better than that which you wanted because you were flexible about your results 7) The Law of Polarity. This says that everything has two poles or opposites to it. Temperature has hot and cold for example. Money has wealth and poverty. No matter what you are paying attention to, there is a better side of it to focus upon, and a worse side. By choosing the better feeling aspect of whatever it is, you can achieve a higher energy vibration which will bring better things into your life. You need to understand and apply the other 6 laws in order to get the Law of Attraction to work well for you. If you aren't having the results in your life that you expected by using the Law of Attraction it is because you weren't using the other laws. Most of the time when people get frustrated with the Law of Attraction it is due to either not detaching or not allowing, but the other laws play an important role too. Understand and use all 7 laws to attract the life you have always dreamt about. Your Mission In Life. By: tracy Did you ever stop and wonder why you are here? What is your reason for being on this world at this time? What is the meaning of life? It turns out that the meaning of your life is whatever you decide it is. Unfortunately most people have not decided. They get so caught up in all the random little things that life throws at them that they do not see the big picture. They are lost in the details of life. They might think that the purpose of life is to go to school and study hard, get a good job and settle down and have a family. Those are just the details. In order to get at the meaning of your life, you have to ask yourself WHY you are doing all those things. Why did you choose the career you did? Why did you choose your spouse? Why did you choose to have, or not have, children? Most of all, it is time to ask yourself what it is that you value. What is most important to you? Why do you vote for the politicians you vote for? Why do you go to your particular church, or to none at all? How do you choose your favorite charities to donate to, or places to volunteer? What is it that you would like everyone to be saying about you at your funeral? What would you like them to remember you for? The most important question is to ask yourself is "If I could be, do, or have anything I want regardless of time, money, energy, or other people, what would it be" Most of us have learned in life that there is no point even thinking about anything we might want that happens to cost too much or be too impractical or get in the way of what someone else wants. If we remove all those restraints in our mind, we can get a better idea of what we really want for ourselves. Once you have got to know yourself intimately, once you know who you really are and what you really want, then you can find your mission in life. Maybe you find that your biggest joy is teaching people things that are meaningful to them. That's your mission in life. Maybe you find out that your biggest joy is creating art that moves people to tears. That's your mission in life. Maybe you find that your biggest joy is building more efficient machines. That's your mission in life. When it comes down to it, your mission in life is to do whatever you enjoy most, which is probably the thing you are best at too. For an example, let us say you decide your mission in life is to teach people. You might choose a career in education. You might volunteer teaching people about history at the local museum. You might choose to have children of your own for the joy of teaching them. All the details of your life are wrapped around your central mission, your purpose in life. It is a purpose that you chose yourself. It is what gives your life meaning. More importantly, it gives all those little details meaning too. It is what makes your life truly worth living Author Resource:-> If you are interested in learning more about how to be, do, or have anything you want, then visit http://www.reachingmypotential.com Our free newsletter helps you make sense of all the information about personal growth out there, and we offer products that we think will be helpful to you on your journey of self improvement. In all application of magnetism to persons, you are urged to remember that your very first goal, always and preeminently, is an agreeable feeling within their minds. You should never try to induce a person to act your way until you have thoroughly established in him a good feeling toward yourself. This is the prime initial step. When such a condition has been secured, you are then ready for the magnetic assault and then only. When you are dealing with other people, endeavoring magnetically to win them to your wish, you should summon the general magnetic feeling within yourself, will them to do as you desire, and at the same time think of them as already consenting and acting. Your inner condition should be perfectly calm, buoyant, hopeful, whatever the external means employed, your mind should be concentrated upon the thing desired, and its accomplishment should be thought of as now secured. The response of the person may be delayed, but this should not discourage you, for some minds do not take suggestions (those of your unspoken will are referred to) quickly, and they do not act instantly upon their own thought. It is invariably best to induce people to believe that they are acting on their personal impulse or judgment; they should be made to feel perfectly free, not at all coerced, and that they are doing their own will rather than yours simply because they wish so to do. We may summarize all these suggestions in the words of a distinguished scientific writer: "Life is not a bully who swaggers out into the open universe, upsetting the laws of energy in all directions, but rather a consummate strategist, who, sitting in his secret chamber over his wires, directs the movements of a great army." This is a good description of magnetism. The success-magnetism assumption: We are now ready for the great assumption-principle of magnetism in applied life. Think of every goal as already reached, of every undertaking as already achieved. Author Resource:-> Personal Development

It is the natural right of every human being to be happy to escape all the miseries of life. Happiness is the normal condition, as natural as the landscapes and the seasons. It is unnatural to suffer and it is only because of our ignorance that we do suffer. Happiness is the product of wisdom. To attain perfect wisdom, to comprehend fully the purpose of life, to realize completely the relationship of human beings to each other, is to put an end to all suffering, to escape every ill and evil that afflicts us. Perfect wisdom is unshadowed joy. Why do we suffer in life? Because in the scheme of nature we are being forced forward in evolution and we lack the spiritual illumination that alone can light the way and enable us to move safely among the obstacles that lie before us. Usually we do not even see or suspect the presence of trouble until it suddenly leaps upon us like a concealed tiger. One day our family circle is complete and happy. A week later death has come and gone and joy is replaced with agony. Today we have a friend. Tomorrow he will be an enemy and we do not know why. A little while ago we had wealth and all material luxuries. There was a sudden change and now we have only poverty and misery and yet we seek in vain for a reason why this should be. There was a time when we had health and strength; but they have both departed and no trace of a reason appears. Aside from these greater tragedies of life innumerable things of lesser consequence continually bring to us little miseries and minor heartaches. We most earnestly desire to avoid them but we never see them until they strike us, until in the darkness of our ignorance we blunder upon them. The thing we lack is the spiritual illumination that will enable us to look far and wide, finding the hidden causes of human suffering and revealing the method by which they may be avoided; and if we can but reach illumination the evolutionary journey can be made both comfortably and swiftly. It is as though we must pass through a long, dark room filled with furniture promiscuously scattered about. In the darkness our progress would be slow and painful and our bruises many. But if we could press a button that would turn on the electric light we could then make the same journey quickly and with perfect safety and comfort. The old method of education was to store the mind with as many facts, or supposed facts, as could be accumulated and to give a certain exterior polish to the personality. The theory was that when a man was born he was a completed human being and that all that could be done for him was to load him up with information that would be used with more or less skill, according to the native ability he happened to be born with. The theosophical idea is that the physical man, and all that constitutes his life in the physical world, is but a very partial expression of the self; that in the ego of each there is practically unlimited power and wisdom; that these may be brought through into expression in the physical world as the physical body and its invisible counterparts, which together constitute the complex vehicle of the ego's manifestation, are evolved and adapted to the purpose; and that in exact proportion that conscious effort is given to such self-development will spiritual illumination be achieved and wisdom attained. Thus the light that leads to happiness is kindled from within and the evolutionary journey that all are making may be robbed of its suffering. Why does death bring misery? Chiefly because it separates us from those we love. The only other reason why death brings grief or fear is because we do not understand it and comprehend the part it plays in human evolution. But the moment our ignorance gives way to comprehension such fear vanishes and a serene happiness takes its place. Why do we have enemies from whose words or acts we suffer? Because in our limited physical consciousness we do not perceive the unity of all life and realize that our wrong thinking and doing must react upon us through other people a situation from which there is no possible escape except through ceasing to think evil and then patiently awaiting the time when the causes we have already generated are fully exhausted. When spiritual illumination comes, and we no longer stumble in the night of ignorance, the last enemy will disappear and we shall make no more forever. Why do people suffer from poverty and disease? Only because of our blundering ignorance that makes their existence possible for us, and because we do not comprehend their meaning and their lessons, nor know the attitude to assume toward them. Had we but the wisdom to understand why they come to people, why they are necessary factors in their evolution, they would trouble us no longer. When nature's lesson is fully learned these mute teachers will vanish. And so it is with all forms of suffering we experience. They are at once reactions from our ignorant blunderings and instructors that point out the better way. When we have comprehended the lessons they teach they are no longer necessary and disappear. It is not by the outward acquirement of facts that men become wise and great. It is by developing the soul from within until it illuminates the brain with that flood of light called genius.
